Kari O’Driscoll is an author, speaker, and the founder of the SELF Project. Her work explores the nuances of relationship by exploring barriers to true connection and the qualities that really strengthen connection. She is all about diving deep and having difficult conversations.
Kari is the author of three books: Truth Has a Different Shape – a memoir about growing up in the ’70s and ’80s as a caretaker-type in a family torn by divorce and the loss of a child and how that shaped her own parenting, and ultimately her caregiving for her parents in their twilight years; One Teenager at a Time: Developing Self-Awareness and Critical Thinking in Adolescents; and most recently, Happy, Healthy Teens: Why Focusing on Relationships Works.
She teaches workshops on grief and rage and how to build healthy connected, reciprocal relationships at work, at home, at school, and with ourselves.
